Kate Crosher is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist, who until recently, has worked in schools for the past 15 years. Her role has included psychological assessment for various purposes, support with behaviour management, critical incident management, running professional development and information sessions for parents, as well as counselling and individual support for students with and without disabilities and mental health issues. She had also worked at a regional level to support allied health staff across various teams and locations. Kate has supported children and adolescents, as well as their parents, teachers and schools in various capacities to help them achieve to their potential.

Kate is a registered supervisor and currently works at a university, lecturing and supervising provisional psychologists while on clinical placements. She also has a small private practice which has previously focused on psychoeducational assessments, but at present she supervises qualified psychologists for professional development as well as endorsement. Kate has a wealth of experience across primary, secondary and specialist schools in both public and private settings.

She is currently parenting her two small children while juggling work and volunteering as a Breastfeeding Counsellor with the Australian Breastfeeding Association.
